protein pancake

Let’s talk about the healthiest, easiest breakfast ever to waltz into a microwave:

Here’s the deal:

+ 1/3 cup oatmeal

+ 1/2 banana

+ 1 heaping tablespoon protein powder

+ 1/4 cup(ish) milk

Mash it all together and mix in a hearty handful of blueberries. Then shape it into a small round cake, microwave for 3(ish) minutes, and top with the other half of the banana and about a teaspoon of maple syrup.

And voila, blueberry pancakes breakfast minus the pan, plus the healthy!

It’s a beautiful thing. True story.
